BVKC Member Rules

We are happy to be able to provide free delivery service to BVKC members at the BVKC monthly meetings!!

1. We will be at the Downtown Fort Collins Perkins on meeting nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM for club members to pick up their purchases.

2. You will need to enter a code on this site to avoid the shipping costs. The coupon code is in the monthly newsletter. If you did not get the newsletter, the coupon code is BVKCM.

3. You must provide current identification proving that you are the person who purchased the merchandise on this site upon pickup. We will not allow anyone else to pick up your items unless arrangements have been made with us prior to our delivery time at Perkins. We would not want to give the items you have paid for to someone else!

4. If you are unable to pick up your items at the meeting for any reason, please let us know. Anyone purchasing items that does not show up to pick them up or contact us for other arrangements will be receiving a shipping bill so we can ship the items to you. We will work with you and make other arrangements if possible (hold items until the next months meeting, meet you somewhere convenient for you and us, etc).

5. Anyone trying to use the coupon code who is not local enough to come to the monthly BVKC meetings will receive a bill for shipping and their purchases will be shipped to them after purchase and shipping payments clear.

6. Acceptable payment methods are; Paypal or Credit Card to pay on this website only or if you wish to pay in person upon pickup we will accept money orders and local checks. If you opt to pay with a money order or check and do not show up at the meeting, we will assume you are not getting the items and put them back up for sale unless other arrangements have been made.
